When global HR giant HayGroup needed a tool to help them demonstrate the value of implementing strategic workforce planning, they approached navajo to design and develop a custom mobile app.
In order to demonstrate HayGroup’s fundamental evaluation process, a series of questions were developed that users could complete alongside a salesperson to quickly evaluate key areas in a clients business where tangible and financial improvements could be made.
A complex back-end system was developed that analysed the data using custom-built algorithms to define 5 key areas in the clients business where improvements could be made.
The app needed to reflect the groups new brand identity with a clean, easy to use interface all the while working seamlessly across multiple screen sizes.
Working closely with HayGroup to optimise the logic behind the scenes and building on the brand’s vivid colours and blocky style, Navajo created an interface that perfectly matched their identity and enhanced not only the brand style, but also the useablity of the tool.
