Our brief for this London based recruitment company was to develop a repositioning strategy and establish a strong presence in key markets for financial recruitment.
By aligning the brand with silver screen images from the renowned photographer, Milton Greene, Navajo was able to develop a memorable brand that set the company aside from its competitors.
The design objective was to breathe life into the recruitment sector by communicating a powerful but memorable message clearly distinguishing them from their competitors. The new identity balances past and present to signify a revitalized company that thinks and acts differently, is respectful of its traditions but also embraces a dynamic and progressive focus.
The challenge was to create a web brand that mirrored the brand personality but with the differentiation required to face fierce and growing competition on the Internet.
Additionally, the new brand had to cohabit with a plethora of recruitment brands, striking a balance between the impartiality of a search and product-comparison engine and a medium destined to leverage the participants’ own brands in the net environment.
